Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any breach. Multi-user sharing is prohibited unless your plan explicitly allows it.
- Minimum age: 16 years (or the age of digital consent in your province).
- Keep recovery methods updated to avoid loss of access.
- We may suspend accounts to investigate suspected abuse.
Payments and Refunds
Prices are in CAD. Taxes are calculated by province. Refunds available within 7 days if less than 20% of content was completed. If a course is materially misrepresented, you may request a full refund under consumer protection laws.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not available for renewed periods already in progress, except where required by law.
Acceptable Use
No illegal, harmful, or misleading behavior. Content must comply with Canadian advertising standards. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or bypass technical protections. Respect intellectual property and the privacy of others.
- No malware, spam, or automated attacks.
- No hateful, harassing, or exploitative content.
- Follow fair use and academic integrity guidelines.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, BC, unless otherwise required by consumer protection legislation.
